## Workspace Types

* **Personal Workspace:** Included in Free, Pro, and Team plans. Designed for individuals or small collaborative teams without strict organizational hierarchy.
* **Enterprise Workspace:** Included in the Enterprise plan. Features Department-level RBAC, advanced compliance overrides, and multi-layer governance.

## Downgrades & Trials

Upgrading to a paid plan grants a free trial period (14 days for Pro/Team, 7 days for Enterprise). If a trial expires without payment, your workspace safely transitions into a "soft downgrade" state—your data is preserved, but paid features are temporarily locked until reactivation.
