Cockpit scope

Returns workspace, virtual key, and bound entity (agent/member when applicable) for the authenticated virtual key. When entity is present, entity.department_id is the department UUID if the agent/member has a department, otherwise JSON null. entity.department remains the department display name when resolvable. May return degraded payload if VK metadata cannot be loaded.
